Poetics of Space is JGPG's latest venture into creating dance theater that offers limitless potential for providing each audience member with a unique, personal 'human scale' experience. Poetics of Space—derived from the book 'The Poetics of Space' by French philosopher Gaston Bachelard—will explore a series of intimate spaces within the installation, and allow the viewer a cinematic 'close-up' experience of each space. Imagine moving through a performance where you can create your own adventure; where your decision of where to turn, to step, to look, and to listen will determine how the performance unfolds around you.

Sean Riley, known for designing sets that radically transform spaces into beautiful immersive experiences, is a key collaborator on this project.

Due to the interactive nature of the performance, attendance is limited to ensure everyone's experience.
