On June 24, NPR host Michel Martin comes to Los Angeles with “Street and Beats: Personal stories of cops and community from across L.A." As part of her touring series “Going There,” Martin will gather together local residents and law enforcement for a dynamic conversation and live event experience exploring community and policing. The program will be audio and live video streamed and both in-person and virtual attendees are invited to join the Twitter conversation via @NPRMichel, @KPCC and #StreetsAndBeats.
