The Sphinx Virtuosi is a renowned chamber orchestra of African American and Latino classical soloists. Their Carnegie Hall program, titled "Inspiring Woman," will include a collection of works written by women composers along with those inspired by great women. Works by: Gabriela Lena Frank, Jennifer Higdon, Jessie Montgomery, Rachel Barton Pine, Daniel Bernard Roumain, and more. This concert is part of Sphinx Virtuosi's week-long residency at Columbia University.
