Ironically, “mobile" technology often creates immobility in the body, a paralysis of sorts that occurs as our attention shifts into cyberspace that is active for our minds but largely inactive in our bodies.
Join MXD creative directors Chad Michael Hall and John Toenjes in a playful and innovative workshop that guides you through movement activities that engage with mobile apps and social media, inspiring you to utilize your smartphone as a creative tool for generating dancing and choreography! No prior dance experience is necessary, but be sure to bring your smartphone!
