Pants Down Circus is a creative, vibrant and highly skilled ensemble working together to produce new, exciting and spectacular work without taking itself too seriously. Their current production, Pants Down Circus Rock, premiered in January 2014 at the Western Australia Circus Festival to industry peers before rocking out to sell out crowds at the Perth and Adelaide Fringe festivals. The show was inspired by classic rock such as: Aerosmith, AC/DC, Joan Jett, Queen, Metallica and Bon Jovi. This is the second show from this independent, Australian circus company. The four-person troupe formed in 2011 as a way to showcase their many individual and ensemble skills. Pants Down won the Best Circus award at the 2012 Melbourne Fringe and came second out of 900+ shows for the People’s Choice award at the 2013 Adelaide Fringe.
