Every week is professional level Improv comedy training, a must for performing artists, but also beneficial to all professions. In a edition to developing strong skills in developing original characters, stories and scene work, improv develops self confidence, creativity, critical thinking, communication, presentation and more. We use these same games to develop team building, leadership sales and service skills in our corporate events. Drop by any time for $50/class or register monthly and be our guest anytime for four weeks for just $150 AND Students get free tickets to any public shows. The New York Improv Theater is a one stop edutainment center for corporate team building, office / holiday parties and more. Our comedy shows and workshops deliver high impact results. Classes for Kids & Teens in Improv & Stand-Up Comedy. Tuition includes lunch daily (Special diet needs? We recommend sending lunch with student daily). We will have an adult at the club 9am daily for early drop offs. 9:30 Warm-Ups. 10am-11:30 Morning Classes; 11:30 Lunch Noon-2pm Afternoon classes. 2pm Snack Time 2:30-3:30pm Open Mic (Student practice Stand-Up Comedy and play games until pick up). 4pm Last pick-up. We often have professionals shows at the club for other camps. We have our students watch from time to time. There is a performance showcase every Friday at 2pm. We invite family and friends to attend.
