Lucy Lockett Cabe Festival Theatre
20919 Denny Road
Little Rock, AR 72223

Los Angeles-native, Robert Tepper is no stranger to the music business. Although he spins songs with the best of today's modern singer songwriters, underneath the surface, he is a music industry veteran with a fascinating history. His voice will be familiar to anyone who loves the Sylvester Stallone ROCKY franchise. Tepper's hit, "There's No Easy Way Out" was used in the 1984 blockbuster, ROCKY 4, in the memorable Apollo Creed post-death montage. He subsequently wrote and perfomed "Angel of the City" for Stalone's 1986 action film, Cobra. Tepper co-wrote the Top-40 hit "Into the Night" which was relased in 1980 by Benny Mardones and earned a Grammy nomination. Pat Benatar recorded Tepper's song, "Le Bel Age," for her record, "Seven the Hard Way." He spent several years as vocalist for the 1960s band Iron Butterfly.Chris Cameron & Friends will be joining Tepper for this concert. They will be performing Tepper’s hits, including tunes from his new album, “New Life Story." Named 'Most Promising International Blues Guitarist' in 1997 at the International Blues Talent Competition in Memphis, Tennessee, Chris performed solo acoustic and received first place in the overall contest as he competed against 37 bands from all over the world. Cameron has also played with blues-rock greats including Tab Benoit and Bonnie Raitt.
