We’ve all got a story to tell. And wouldn’t it be thrilling to see that story brought to life for the stage? This class, for beginning playwrights, will focus on playwriting basics -- primarily on techniques for effective storytelling, with an emphasis on style, format, and structure. We will help you develop your writer’s individual voice in a supportive environment. We will concentrate on the unique style of the 10-minute play, with assigned readings by playwrights who have specialized in the genre. 8 weeks $300
