Art of Meditation is a three-part workshop taught by an instructor from the Art of Living Foundation. In this course, students will learn the Sahaj Samadhi meditation technique. About the program: The Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Course trains your conscious mind to experience the silent depths of your own nature. In Sanskrit, Sahaj means effortless.
