This course is part of our More Than Dirt Series. In More Than Dirt, students will explore the wide variety of creativity that is available in the world of clay. They will dig their hands in and learn to turn a wet lump of earth into a useful piece of art or a stunning piece of sculpture.
Learn to wedge clay, use the potter’s wheel, and experiment with basic forming and glazing techniques. Students may repeat this class to continue building skill and scope in clay.
