This course is part of our More Than Dirt Series. In More Than Dirt, students will explore the wide variety of creativity that is available in the world of clay. They will dig their hands in and learn to turn a wet lump of earth into a useful piece of art or a stunning piece of sculpture.

Explore the ancient art of mosaics in this fun class! Students will create mosaic works of art out of bits and pieces of broken ceramic, glass and other found objects. They will learn techniques of how to design, nip, glue and grout. Each student will take home a finished work of art they can feel proud of. We will even be smashing dishes in class!
