This course is part of our Branching Out series. In Branching Out, students will apply artistic skills to a specific subject. Students have the chance to mix and combine various media in new and interesting ways.

Enter an exciting world of Fashion Design by creating and illustrating your own designs. Learn how to develop your own style and unique designs inspired by nature, fairy tales, history, the future and your own interests. Discover various techniques of illustrating your fashions using pencils, markers, painting and collage; design your own fabric patterns, shoes, accessories and create fun environments for your models. We will discuss the basics of fashion figure proportions, face modeling and composition.
