The workshop will take place at Heidi Duckler Dance Theatre’s headquarters in LA’s Fashion District and include both indoor and outdoor work. Curriculum will focus on generating original choreography that integrates the environment and LA landscape. Workshop attendees will have the chance to share their choreography at an informal public performance on Saturday, July 22nd, at 8 pm. Duckler and Barcelo will use the workshop as an opportunity to familiarize themselves with Los Angeles-area dancers for potential casting in future performances and teaching artist positions. Workshop spans two days—July 21st (2 pm - 7 pm) & 22nd (2 pm – 7 pm, 8 pm show), 2017 $100 both days, $75 for one day. Participants can choose to attend one or both days. Student rates available.
