SYNOPSIS

The enduring appeal of this cult favorite is a testament to catchy stone-cold solid rock songs and dependable narrative structure, but for many, the movie meant, and still means, much more. Like THE GRADUATE, it heralded a new generation, this time embracing “plastics” as regalia for gender-bending rock and rollers.
