WFMT and the Athenaeum Theatre present an evening of classical, bluegrass, and folk music as the members of the Kontras Quartet team up with the world-renowned bluegrass group, The Kruger Brothers. The Kontras Quartet is completing their term as WFMT’s artists-in-residence during which they explored the intersection of folk and classical music. The concert will feature music from their latest collaboration, “Roan Mountain Suite” as well as some other surprises!
