Learn the basic skills of improvisation in a whole new way.
Letter of Marque Theater Co.’s ensemble training focuses on getting the group to learn together in an energetic and welcoming environment. LOM’s “less talk-y, more do-y” approach is culled from the brilliance of Viola Spolin, Keith Johnstone, Del Close, and over 15 years of professional teaching experience.

Each section is 7 weeks long and ends in a short presentation/hang out.

This foundational course will teach you the basics of performing improv in a fresh and fun atmosphere. Learn to let go of judgment, commit to “strong and wrong,” and how to figure it out together as an ensemble.

Not a performer? Not to worry! We welcome every level. And get this - we’re the cheapest improv training in all of Brooklyn!

Cancellation Policy: 75% refund before the first day of class. 50% refund before the second class. No refunds after you take the second class. Sorry, we cannot prorate any portion of the class.

Absence Policy: As we are building toward a performance, if you miss more than 2 classes in you will be dropped from the class. If you are going to be late, please try to let us know at info@lomtheater.org
