A beautiful new adaptation of John Steinbeck’s iconic novel asks if it is possible to escape the mistakes of previous generations and choose your own course.
East of Eden resets the story of Adam, Eve, Cain, and Abel at the beginning of the twentieth century, through the intertwining stories of two families, the Trasks and the Hamiltons. It is an American epic, grand in scope yet deeply personal.
East of Eden is presented by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc., New York.
