Prerequisites: Improv 201

IMPROV 301 focuses on the necessary tools to recognize, isolate, and create patterns in improvisation. Building on IMPROV 101 and 201, students will learn to improvise collaborative shows within a long form structure, based on a single suggestion. Students will improve their ability to listen, react in the moment, support courageously, and collaborate with others. These skills transcend improvisation and are invaluable in all aspects of life. IMPROV 301 creates a space for practicing these skills.

All of our courses are taught by veteran instructors who are also long-time performers. Classes meet at our theater OR at one of our nearby rental spaces just a short walk away.

Class sizes are limited. Enrollment is dependent upon availability. For enrolled students a confirmation welcome email will be sent 48 before the start of the first class. Class showcases typically fall on the Sunday following the last class. There are no refunds or transfers on tuition.
