“Art is the Royal Road to the Unconscious.” – Sigmund Freud This three hour experiential workshop explores imagination and emotion, the content of human awareness, and how these lead to natural acts of art making that are themselves healing and stress reducing. Doodling, guided imagery, biofeedback, clay modeling and expressive dance will be used to develop the link between art and wellness.
