The Frost Wind Ensemble hosts top saxophonists PRISM Quartet, in the world premiere of Matt Browne’s Cabinet of Curiosities, and Dale Underwood, in Joel Love’s Lyric Concerto. The Frost Wind Ensemble opens with the exhilarating work of Carlos Simon, an innovative composer and rising star whose music straddles the worlds of jazz, gospel, classical, and neo-romanticism.
