SYNOPSIS

In this profound homage to storytelling, a terminally ill resilient 9-year-old returns to her rural Kenyan village to live out the rest of her brief life to find her dreams of becoming a superhero realized by a loving community. Jo draws strength from Jackie Chan’s action films, so her sisters set in motion a plan to make her remaining days a joyous testament to the power of imagination.
