Instructors will work with students on training that will help them reach new heights in this exciting class with Actors Gymnasium! Warm-ups, conditioning, and games that will help build the foundational skills necessary for any student will open every session, and students will get to experience a variety of apparatuses- in the air and on the ground- so that everyone can find something they enjoy. Juggling, Spanish Web, Tumbling, Rolling Globe, Static Trapeze, Silk Knot and Aerial Fabrics are just a few of the skills that will be offered.
