Wendy Lesser on Jerome Robbins
A conversation with Kay Mazzo, Sean Suozzi, Edward Villella, and Wendy Whelan
Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 7:30PM

Jerome Robbins Theater
450 W. 37th Street
New York, NY 10018

Critic, writer, and editor Wendy Lesser guides a conversation about the work and life of Jerome Robbins. She is joined by Kay Mazzo, Edward Villella, and Wendy Whelan—dancers who all worked with Robbins at different points of his career—and Sean Suozzi, a New York City Ballet soloist currently performing Robbins repertory. The event is in conjunction with the release of Lesser's book published by Yale University Press: "Jerome Robbins, A Life in Dance," a lively and inspired biography celebrating the centennial of this master choreographer, dancer, and stage director.
