The goal of this class is to demystify abstract painting. Through playing with collages, drawing, and lots of painting participants explore color, movement, mark making and various elements of non-representational painting. Students find ways to understand and to be inspired by abstraction. For beginners and and anyone interested in moving beyond representation. Materials list will be posted online prior to the start of class.
