Explore drawing from abstract mark making to drawing what you see and from imagination. Use different drawing tools such as marker, crayon, pastels, brush and paint and do contour, blind contour and shaded drawings. Work in color as well as black and white. Draw with shapes as well as line. Participants also collage drawings together or make images from painted paper. Draw nature, people and still lives. A hallmark of the class is learning from professional artists who are working in the same vein. All skill levels are welcome. Materials supplied by the instructor. Materials fee of $25 will be collected on the first day of class.
