Are there things that must be lost and things that must be found? The course explores things forgotten and things discovered. Expand on the notions of loss and gain through creating art that reflects on what is lost and what is found. From lost headphones to dreams to the hour badly spent, participants retrace their memories looking at the object and think about everything they discovered. In this workshop, reflect on experiences of losing things as small as keys to things as big as cities. Participants find ways to depict the remnants of what would be left behind and delve into what is found through the process: issues of memory, history, futures, childhood, family, dreams, and culture.
