This course meets Monday afternoons from 4:00 - 5:30 pm, except January 21 and February 18.
This class is part of our Makerspace Series. Clay, sewing, jewelry-making, and prop creation are just a few of the exciting areas that participants may explore! Makerspace participants work directly with teaching artists to develop and hone their skill as they design and craft objects with their own hands.
Paper, foam, papier mache, recycled materials, pieces of nature… all of these things are used to create art that isn’t flat! Come explore countless materials and ways of building through art! Participants create sculptures on their own and in collaboration in this class where dirty hands are encouraged!
