Sunday, November 11th at 11:00 a.m. Join A Charlie Brown Christmas costume designer (and LCT alum!) Eric Abele for a community yoga class right here at LCT! Eric is a 200-HR Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and will be teaching a Gentle Power class, wonderful for students of all levels of training, including none! This 65 minute class is a slower-paced flow focusing on posture and alignment. We will do fewer poses over a longer period of time, developing our yogic breathing (pranayama) and knowledge of foundational postures (asanas). With more focus on stretching rather than power exercise, it’s a great way to start your day! You will need to bring water, a hand towel, and a yoga mat. The mat need not be anything special, as this class not heated. Wear clothes that allow for PLENTY of movement! This class is open for ages ten to adult, but young people 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All attendees will need to sign a waiver, and those under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Please arrive on planning 15 minutes early to turn in your waiver and get set up! Tickets are $12 in advance, or Pay What You Can at the door. Space is limited, so advance purchase is recommended! All proceeds benefit LCT!
