Join instructors from LED for this movement class designed for all ages and ability levels.
Participants are guided through a simple warmup and multiple exercises that encourage discovery and proper alignment.
The class culminates in dancers being guided through improv exercises as a way to find their own groove and relish the sensation of their own movement style. Open to all ability levels, age 19 and up.
