In his memoir, Don Regan, Reagan’s chief of staff, revealed that “...virtually every major move and decision the Reagan’s made, was cleared in advance with an astrologer in San Francisco”. This is a play about Nancy Reagan and that astrologer, “Joan Quigley”, the Reagan Administrations most closely guarded secret.
