Dang Thai Son, top prizewinner of the prestigious Chopin Competition in Warsaw in 1980 and one of the world’s most sought after artists, returns to the Frost Chopin Festival a second time to favor us with music of Schubert, Chopin and Debussy. The recital is preceded by the first of two lectures on Chopin by University of Cambridge Chopin scholar John Rink who will also introduce the recital. His lecture topic is called “Chopin in Dialogue: Coloring Sound.”
