Everyone can draw! Engage with drawing in fresh, experimental ways by playing with simple abstract mark making and drawing what is seen. Explore drawing with different materials such as marker, crayon, colored pencil, brushes and paint. Draw with scissors and make painted paper collages. Emphasis is on encouraging and supporting individual visions and skills while helping them grow. A hallmark of the class is taking inspiration from artists who are working in the same vein. All skill levels are welcome! Materials supplied by the instructor. Materials fee of $25 will be collected on the first day of class.
