This class is part of our Workshops and Intensives program. Workshops and intensives are short-term, specialized classes led by local and visiting artists that help participants sharpen their skills, simply have some fun, or try something new!

Get creative with words! Young artists learn the basics of hand-lettering with Boston calligrapher, Liz Roessler. Participants receive patient, interactive and fun instruction in writing an easy-to-learn alphabet and then enjoy writing their names and favorite words in a creative way. Everyone brings home lettering art & a small kit of age-appropriate writing instruments.
