From the golden age of vaudevile to late night television, variety shows have been a popular form of entertainment for decades. Over the course of a week students will work together to create original variety acts in Wheelock Familly Theatre's first ever "March Madness: Variety Hour". The beginning of the week will consist of skill building classes in song & dance, sketch comedy, and circus arts. Students spend the second half of the week in teams developing original performance pieces to share with friends and family. A final demonstration of our variety hour will be held at 2:00pm on the final day of the program. *This program is open to students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Students will be divided into four groups based on their age/grade level*
