Draw with stitches, explore with thread. Participants delve into the world of hand embroidery in this course for new and experienced fiber artists. Draw inspiration from the Threaded exhibition on view in the Mosesian’s gallery spaces. Create works of rich colors and textures to combat the grey of winter. Participants experiment with stitches, composition, and fibers ranging from pearl cotton to Persian wool! Materials list will be posted online prior to the start of class.
