All ages. Performance lasts 30 minutes followed by a 20-minute talk-back (no intermission).

Three Tap Dancing Robots become unstuck from reality and travel to another dimension. Stripped of their parts, they are rebuilt as humans. As they search for a way back to reality they must rediscover themselves, recover their identities and remember what it is like to be human.

What It's Like To Be Human is based on the experiences of choreographer Tristan Bruns' year-long break from concert dance to perform in a more industrialized theatre setting. It is a work in progress that changes from performance to performance based on audience feedback.
