Expect an event that's one part inspiration, one part intention setting and one part planning. You'll start with a mindfulness session led by Darrell Jones of Chill then you'll hear a keynote from James Beard Foundation Award-winning restaurateur Kevin Boehm, co-founder of Boka Restaurant Group and BIÂN, and Mar Soraparu of Yoga With Mar, partner of BIÂN. Plan to finish the evening with a goal-setting session led by aSweatLife's preferred coach, Will Haley.
