December 20 - Christmas POUND!
Class begins at 7:00pm - please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to get set. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water! And get ready to get your sweat on!
Note: CTL follows strict cleaning and sanitizing policies. At this time, participants are asked to wear masks while in the building, and to utilize hand sanitizing stations when entering and leaving the building.
