Francis Poulenc's "Dialogues of the Carmelites" follows the destruction of a cadre of nuns at the hands of the French Revolution, examining the intersection of faith, heroism, and politics. James Setapen conducts a new production, directed by George Cederquist, and performed in French with English supertitles.
