Join us for in depth discussions and round table sharing of native history in urban areas and how this affects theater makers. In an open setting, participants will be challenged to understand cultural appropriation and question what more we can do besides land acknowledgement.

Safe Harbors Indigenous Collective is an arts initiative that focuses on the development and production of Native Indigenous Theater in New York City and within the broader American theater, combating stereotypes and support vibrant Native communities. The collective seeks to build an understanding of Indigenous methodologies.
