One-Day Workshop: Friday, April 3, 2020 (1:00pm - 2:30pm)

Ages 12-17

Do you want to acquire the skills that make for a great audition? Then this is the class for you! Focusing on the current casting trends for teens, this class helps you to "think on your feet" in any audition situation. Students will learn how to use improv to interpret and deliver commercial copy in an interesting and believable manner and change your delivery from script to script.

Scripts will be emailed the day before.





This class will be done ONLINE through Zoom. On the day of the class, we will send you an email with the ZOOM MEETING ID. At least 5 minutes before class, go to https://zoom.us and 'Join a Meeting' with the Meeting ID that gets emailed to you before class. It's that easy!



About Mikayla:

Mikayla joined Boston Casting following her internship in 2018. She attended The Boston Conservatory where she studied Musical Theatre and went on to graduate from Penn State with a Degree in Acting. Mikayla also interned at the Cannes Film Festival where she immersed herself in the industry. As a former actor, she thrives working with actors in casting sessions. Mikayla’s latest work was casting for the film FRILLS. Mikayla is always in learning mode and looks forward to upcoming projects!
