NextStop Summer Theatre Escape is a newly devised series of one-week education sessions, featuring daily, in-person acting, musical theatre, and improv workshops for 1st through 12th graders. In order to ensure this program meets the highest standards of anticipated health and safety recommendations, we will make several major program and facility modifications, including (but not limited to): Meet and/or exceed all CDC safety guidelines and recommendations; Reduce maximum attendance to 16 students (and 2 teachers) per session; Adapt curriculum to remove need for any physical contact; Reconfigure our theater for seated and standing arrangements that enable 6’ of social distancing between all participants, at all times; Institute enhanced cleaning practices between every workshop; Conduct touchless temperature checks at the start of each workshop; And limit entry into the facility to staff and enrolled students; IMPORTANT TERMS: By enrolling in this program, you are agreeing to the following terms: -Students and staff will maintain social distance (6+ feet) at all times; -Each student will be required to bring a mask and may be asked to use it at some or all times, depending on state requirements and/or teaching artist safety assessments; -Only students and staff will be allowed to enter the facility; -Mandatory touchless temperature checks at the start of each day; -Frequent hand washing; -Students who do not meet and follow all health and safety requirements will be given a warning. If they continue to be unable to comply, they will be asked to leave the session, without a refund.
