6 weekly sessions beginning Wednesday, July 8, 2020

This class is a continuation of the Playwriting I. We will go from writing a short play/scene to attempting to write a full-length script. Students will be guided through advanced writing exercises, reading of plays, and through in-class feedback and sharing, students will leave class with either a draft of a new work or significant work on the draft. Students must come to class prepared to share pages, and are required to either supply their own printed pages or share material in a shared GDrive folder. Students must have taken Playwriting I as a prerequisite or must be preapproved by the teacher (submit request and short writing sample to IAC via email.
