In this class, each student will write their very own play. The young playwrights will craft a blueprint for an extended narrative including a detailed structure, developed cast of characters, and thoughtful world building. Plans in hand, the class will delve into the writing process, examining style, pacing, figurative language, and more. Throughout the process, Ms. Kay will be available to look over drafts, make suggestions, and provide encouragement. Of course, the best part will be meeting fellow writers to learn new literary techniques and share progress each week!
