With American society increasingly aware of gender identity, successful businesses are recognizing the need to incorporate gender inclusivity into a positive employee culture. Yet individuals’ knowledge and experiences exist on a wide spectrum. This training session will meet each person where they are and help them push forward to find more inclusive practices.

Josephine Kearns (she/her) is a consultant, educator, and theater artist specializing in transgender, LGBTQIA+, and intersex identities. In theater, Josie is a pioneer in the field of gender consulting. Her work has included projects with Seattle Rep, Kansas City Rep, Chicago Shakespeare theatre, and the Broadway development process of multiple new musicals centering on gender and sexuality.
