Our bimonthly workshop teaching the Okinawan tradition of Bokashi composting—an anaerobic process that uses the special additive to ferment your food waste, including meat and dairy, into a healthy nutrient rich soil. It’s easy, quick, and doesn’t smell! This method uses a mix of microorganisms to decrease smell, increase the speed of decomposition, and support the growth and health of all plants and trees.
