Join us on May 1st at 8:00 pm for the first Music in the Wild concert of 2021! In partnership with the Argenta Acoustic Music Series, this first performance features thumbpicking guitarist Richard Smith. Hailed as “The most amazing guy I know on the guitar," by none other than Chet Atkins, Smith is a member of the Thumbpickers Hall of Fame, and has played with Chet Atkins, Les Paul, Nato Lima, Boots Randolph, Tommy Emmanuel, John Jor­genson, Marcel Dadi, Tommy Tedesco, Joe Pass, Biréli Lagrène, Mark O'Connor, Sam Bush, Stuart Duncan, Martin Taylor, Jorge Morel, Earl Klugh, Suzy Bogguss, Victor Wooten, John Cowan and countless more. Bring your own blankets and chairs. Concessions available at event for donations. In the event of rain, all sets will be moved to Wildwood's Pavilion. All guests will be screened for COVID-19 upon arrival. Please bring a facemask to wear when social distancing is not possible and for use in indoor facilities.
