Join Nollywood filmmaker Tony Abulu in conversation with Nigerian producer Osahon Akpata, to celebrate the global release of Abulu’s film Doctor Bello on Netflix. This event is taking place in conjunction with our current exhibition Iké Udé: Select Portraits, featuring innovative works by the Nigerian-born, New York-based artist. Together Abulu and Akpata will give insight into the fascinating and historic world of Nigerian cinema, and share stories of the making of this master film, starring actors Isaiah Washington and Vivica A. Fox, alongside beloved figures from the Nollywood screen.
