”We’re not who you think we are."
While the live-performance season is slowly reopening, The Seeing Place (TSP) continues to produce great plays by distinguished playwrights online. Up next is a lively online world premiere presentation inspired by true events: THE QUEER WITCH CONSPIRACY, written by Brandon Walker.
A safe online space for LGBTQIA+ witches is desecrated by a controversy over cultural appropriation and burial rites, which came to be known as Boneghazi. THE QUEER WITCH CONSPIRACY is a mystical crime drama about how unidentified remains sparked a revolution regarding race, gender, and spirituality.
The play features TSP ensemble members Laura Clare Browne, Erin Cronican, William Ketter, Juanes Montoya, Jon L Peacock, Brandon Walker and Weronika Helena Wozniak. It is directed by TSP Executive Artistic Director Erin Cronican. Stage management will be announced shortly.
100% of the proceeds for THE QUEER WITCH CONSPIRACY are being donated to the Audre Lorde Project, a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Two Spirit, Trans and Gender Non Conforming People of Color center for community organizing.
THE QUEER WITCH CONSPIRACY will be performed live via Zoom

With an emphasis on the organic, edgy American style of acting developed by the Group Theatre, TSP allows audiences to experience modern classics with deeper understanding of how they relate to the struggles we face today. With that, tickets are as low as $10 as a part of TSP’s Affordable Theater Initiative, making theater accessible for all.
