This summer MacGuffin is offering 8, 1-week theatre camps for youth ages 7-10/11. Each week will feature a different musical. The camps will be held Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 3:30pm. On the Friday of each week there will be a performance at 7pm. Sign up for one or ALL of them! These camps will get you in sync with your fellow actors and having a great time. Learn to project your voice, take your dance moves to the next level, and interpret these fantastic songs and texts as only you can.
Here’s how it will work:
1. Sign up for camp! Click the button below.
2. In May we’ll announce the audition songs or monologues for the musical or play.
3. Practice and memorize your audition song or monologue.
4. On Day 1 everyone in the camp will audition for your directors, Jen Jaynes, Joey Schulman and/or Tina Lynch.
5. The cast is announced. Rehearsals begin. The schedule is below.
6. Perform your show on the Friday night of your week-long camp at 7pm(except for Fridays July 26, August 2 and August 9 performances which will be at 5pm)

Disney’s Finding Nemo JR. is a 60-minute musical adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie Finding Nemo, with new music by award-winning songwriting team Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. Marlin. An anxious and over-protective clownfish lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves.
